Anthem of the Seas Modernization

Kalmarine provided Royal Caribbean Cruise Line with a project management team for the planning, and execution of the Anthem of the Seas modernization with a plan to execute works in only 21 days.

Kalmarine Resources supported Royal Caribbean Cruise Line with of Project Management, Financial Control, Planning, Technical Management, And Outfitting Management.

The following deliverables/services were included in the Scope of Work:

• Overall Project Responsibility & Site Management
• Technical Management including; work specification and scope of work review, coordination and technical design integration, management of technical integrators, management of design approval, and supervision during planning, contracting, and execution.
• Outfitting management including; supervision and coordination of interior outfitting works and zone management, design review, USPH review, work specification review, and bid review.
• Project planning and reporting.
• Post-delivery support and punch-list management

The execution phase of this project was postponed due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020.
