Kalmarine provided a full project team for the recovery of the vessel after a shipyard bankruptcy left the vessel unfinished.

Kalmarine was onsite for over 12 months, providing support and resources to the owner for Project Management, Financial Control, Planning, Technical Management, Outfitting Management, Logistics, and Purchasing.

Project team roles and responsibilities included:

Overall Project responsibility
Technical work specifications and scope of work review, technical design validation, coordination and technical design integration, management of technical supervisors, management of design approval.
Supervision and coordination of overall interior outfitting work and zone management including work specifications scope of work review, and bid review.
Responsible for planning and reporting.
Responsible for technical systems delivery (hvac, mechanical, electrical, class, USPH) design coordination, technical work specifications, and quote review, and supervision during planning, contracting, and execution.
Responsible for work specifications, execution coordination, and supervision during planning, contracting, and execution.
Responsible for coordination of authorities.
Responsible for vessel technical file.
Responsible for the coordination of the Technical Basic Design
